EUROPE - International Standard taking 3 to 5 working days*

Orders over £150 will be sent with tracking for security and signature may be required upon receipt.

International buyers outside the UK please be aware that you (the buyer) are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and fees including VAT, mail handling and import custom fees charged by your country.

Returns Policy
It is very important to me that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, please contact me within 14 days to arrange an exchange or refund.
EARRINGS: Earring returns are accepted. Although I cannot resell returned earrings for hygiene reasons, it is important that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.

Aftercare
Copper naturally discolours with age and, with prolonged wearing, will react with the oils in your skin leaving that well known greenish tinge. This is perfectly normal. All my copper pieces are coated in a special substance called Renaissance Wax which will temporarily help protect the piece from discolouring and from reacting with your skin. This will wear off in time but applying a little car wax or similar product will help protect it again. Lemon juice and salt is a great easy way to clean copper. Please be aware that some people are sensitive to copper.
Fine silver, like sterling silver, will tarnish over time (though not as quickly) as it reacts with the air and other factors. To keep your jewellery in great condition, store it ideally in a sealed plastic bag or wrapped in cloth in a jewellery box to limit it's contact with moisture and air. If tarnishing occurs, gently clean with a silver polish cloth or similar. Avoid wearing while using cleaning products, make up, hairspray, etc. and take off before washing.
